The City of Loveland is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Taft Expansion project. Key Dates: A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for January 11, 2024 at 9:00 AM MST at the Water & Power Service Center located at 200 N. Wilson Ave, Loveland, CO 80538. Attendance at this event is recommended. The deadline for submitting questions is March 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT. The bid closing date is March 28, 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT.
Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted electronically to bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 25, 2024. The subject line of the email must contain the name of the bid, and the company name and address should be included in the body of the email. All bidders must possess a valid contractors license and provide proof of insurance.
Bonding and Financial Requirements: Qualified contractors must provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount, a performance bond of 100%, and a payment bond of 100%. A bid deposit is also required. Site visits outside of the official pre-bid conference will not be attended by City of Loveland employees.
