Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement are required. Experience with document management, records management, or EDRMS projects is an asset.

The engagement term will be for one (1) year with options to extend for two additional one-year periods, for a maximum duration of three (3) years. This project is managed by Greg Flay, Chief Information Officer. The assignment is estimated to be one year with optional extensions. Proposals are limited to ten (10) single-sided pages, excluding resumes (maximum 2 pages per resume). Up to 3 candidate resumes should be submitted for LIPA's review, shortlisting, and interviews.
