Delivery is FOB to the property adjacent to 3280 MacGregor Downs Road, Greenville NC 27834, with prices including all costs of delivery and installation. The contractor must provide current lead-time for project completion. Work must comply with North Carolina Building Code, National Fuel Gas Code NFPA 54/ANSI Z223.1, National Fire Protection Association Codes, and all applicable EPA and state environmental standards. Performance testing with GUC representative present is required prior to shipment, with ten days advance notice mandatory.
