The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is requesting sealed proposals for Financial Advisory Services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive financial advisory support to the organization.
Proposals must be submitted in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work and must be submitted through IonWave. Proposals received via email will not be accepted. All proposals must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and include required documentation including a completed Proposal Form, Terms and Conditions acceptance, and a Sworn and Notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
Key Dates: The RFP was issued on April 16, 2026 at 1:51 PM ET. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by April 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET (Question Cut Off Date). The proposal submission deadline is May 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.
The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any proposal, and accept any proposal in whole or in part at its discretion. The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation. Interested vendors should review all bid documents including the Financial Advisory Services Scope of Work, ITB instructions, Terms and Conditions for Services, and complete the required forms before submission.
